Anika Mittal
Chapter Head
Anika is a senior at Phillips Academy Andover. She grew a love for problem solving in the first grade, and has since participated in all math competition available. She is a 3-time AIME qualifier, 1st place Purple Comet winner, and 3rd place Girls in Math at Yale individual. When not doing math, Anika enjoys doing flips on her trampoline, competing in hackathons, and choreographing dances to her favorite Bollywood songs (Kala Chasma!).
Harini Venkatesh
Chapter Head
Harini is a junior from Brentwood, NH. She first fell in love with problem-solving through a program at her elementary school and became an avid competitor in math contests, and has participated in the USAJMO and Math Prize for Girls competitions, among others! After participating in an INTEGIRLS competition in 2020, she joined the community as a problem writer and has since worked to promote its mission to inspire math-loving female and nonbinary students. When she's not doing math, Harini enjoys singing along to Broadway soundtracks, reading fantasy and mystery novels, and watching Chicago Med.
Taili Gao
Activities Director
Taili is a rising senior at Lexington High School. She started as a competitor in her middle school's IMLEM team. Since then, she has participated with the Lexington Math Team in many competitions including the February Harvard-MIT Math Tournament, Stanford Math Tournament, and Purple Comet. She was a MAML semifinalist and a selected participant in GirlsGetMath at ICERM. Outside of math, Taili enjoys learning biology and writing poems. She is a two-time semifinalist in the USA Biology Olympiad and second-place winner in the 2022 Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest.
Sophia Balaraman
Sophia is a rising freshman from Exeter, NH who has a liking for all types of puzzles. She loves competing in math and has done many well known high school math competitions, such as the ARML, the The CMIMC, and the Girls in Math at Yale where she has obtained some individual and some team awards. She also competed in the AMC 10 and 12, where she qualified for AIME. In her free time, Sophia enjoys playing soccer, listening to music, coding, doing the New York Times puzzles, and she is an avid reader.
Vedi Soneji
Vedika Soneji is a rising Junior at Westborough High in MA. She has qualified for AIME and Math Prize for Girls. She has also co-authored and published a paper on low-dimensional topology with an emphasis on projective geometry. Besides math, she does dance, badminton, and DECA.
Katie Ji
Katie is a rising Junior from Sudbury, MA. She has been pursuing math as a hobby since elementary school. Katie has participated in well known competitions such as AIME, HMMT, CMIMC, Purple Comet, and more. She first joined the INTEGIRLS team in 2024, and hopes to introduce competitive math to more non-binary and female contestants. Besides math and other sciences, Katie also has a strong passion for violin, drawing, and dancing.
Anika Sivarasa
Anika is a junior from Atkinson, NH. She has been interested in math and science from an early age, first gaining exposure to competition math in elementary school. Over the years, she has participated in math competitions such as MATHCOUNTS and AIME. She has been part of INTEGIRLS since 2023, and wants to help minimize the gender gap in STEM. She is also very passionate about robotics, and enjoys reading and dancing in her free time.
Join Us!
We are looking for committed girls/non-binary high school students passionate about bridging the gender gap in STEM to join the Boston and Concord INTEGIRLS Team. This is a volunteer opportunity, so you can earn service hours with us while holding a leadership position!
